Sandreck‘s single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher incorporates advanced crushing technology from around the world, integrating mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, and intelligent control technologies. It features advanced design, a small footprint, high capacity, high crushing efficiency, excellent product particle shape, high reliability, and low operating costs.
The single-cylinder cone crusher is widely used in the mining and aggregate industries. It is suitable for crushing various minerals and rocks of hard to medium hardness, such as river pebbles, limestone, dolomite, granite, rhyolite, and diabase. It is ideal for medium- and fine-crushing.
In the crushing process, the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is often used as a secondary or tertiary crushing device, alongside jaw crushers. It mainly relies on a bottom single-cylinder hydraulic system to achieve functions such as discharge port adjustment, overload protection, and chamber clearing.

Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher Working Principle
The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher consists of six parts: upper frame, lower frame, moving cone, drive shaft, eccentric sleeve, and hydraulic cylinder. It uses layered crushing and computer control technology, with a motor-driven gear train that moves the eccentric sleeve to compress and crush the material.
During operation, the motor’s rotation drives the pulley, drive shaft, and cone to oscillate under the force of the eccentric sleeve. This causes the cone crusher’s crushing wall to alternately approach and move away from the upper-frame crushing wall, continuously impacting and crushing the ore within the crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged from the bottom.
The bottom single-cylinder design integrates discharge port adjustment, overload protection, and chamber clearing functions. The hydraulic system supports automatic parameter adjustment and can start under load.
Discharge port size adjustment: The bottom hydraulic cylinder adjusts the vertical position of the main shaft, thereby adjusting the distance between the moving cone and the outer cone liner. A smaller distance produces a smaller discharge particle size, while a larger distance produces a larger discharge particle size.
At the same time, selecting different crushing chamber types and eccentricities can also change the output particle size.

Features of Single Cylinder Cone Crusher
1. Wide Applicability: The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher can crush relatively hard rocks. Multiple chamber configurations can be achieved by changing the liners on the same main unit, adapting to various applications. The medium-crushing type has a stable, large feed opening, suitable for secondary crushing (even coarse crushing).
2. Good Product Particle Shape: This cone crusher uses layered crushing and an optimized crushing chamber design, delivering high crushing efficiency, good product particle shape, low needle-like and flaky content, and a high crushing ratio.
3. Convenient Discharge Opening Adjustment: The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for sale automatically adjusts the discharge opening by raising and lowering the moving cone with a single hydraulic cylinder, making operation simple and convenient.
4. Low Maintenance Costs: The equipment uses a thin-oil lubrication system, a special oil wedge design, and a positive-pressure dustproof system. This effectively reduces bearing heat and wear, extends equipment life, and reduces maintenance workload.

Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher Applications
Single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers for sale are primarily used for secondary crushing, can crush medium-hard ores such as granite, basalt, and iron ore, and suit materials containing mud or moisture. They are widely used in production lines for sand and gravel aggregates, mineral processing, and construction waste recycling. They handle large feed sizes, are less prone to clogging, and suit secondary crushing in small, medium, and large production lines. They are often used with jaw crushers.
Applications: Primarily used for crushing raw materials in the metallurgical, mining, construction, chemical, and silicate industries. Concrete or steel foundations are acceptable. Suitable for both stationary and mobile applications.
