Single Rotor Impact Crusher
Single-rotor impact crushers are widely used for crushing various soft and medium-hard ores, enabling medium and fine crushing in secondary crushing processes. They are widely applied in various ore crushing, railway, highway, and construction industries for the production of artificial sand and gravel. They are primarily used in mining, construction, chemical, cement, and metallurgical industries.
- Capacity: 90-800 t/h
- Feed Size: <300-900 mm
- Output Size: 20-80 mm
The single rotor impact crusher is a key piece of equipment in the secondary crushing process of a crushing production line. It employs a new manufacturing process and a special structural design, producing cubical finished products with excellent particle shape, free from tension and cracks.
Sandreck‘s single-rotor impact crusher can crush various coarse, medium, and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with a feed diameter not exceeding 300- 900 mm and a compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa. Its discharge particle size is adjustable, offering diverse crushing specifications. It is widely used in various ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemical, and construction industries.

Single Rotor Impact Crusher Working Principle
When a single-rotor impact crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor via a V-belt. The material is crushed by the high-speed impact of the hammers on the rotor and then thrown against the impact plate for further crushing. It then bounces back from the impact surface to the hammer’s action zone for repeated crushing. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the desired particle size.
The material enters the first crushing chamber from the first feed inlet, and then enters the second crushing chamber. When the crushed ore particle size is smaller than the gap between the hammers and the impact plate, it is discharged from the bottom of the machine. This is the crushed product.

Advantages of Single Rotor Impact Crusher
- The gap between the impact plate and the hammer is easily adjustable, effectively controlling the output particle size. The particles have a good, cubic shape.
- It features three-stage crushing and shaping functions, with a large crushing ratio.
- The single-rotor impact crusher is suitable for crushing medium-hard materials, offering advantages such as high production capacity and small output particle size.
- It uses high-chromium hammers, which are impact-resistant, wear-resistant, and have high impact force. It offers comprehensive crushing functions, low wear on machine parts, and high overall efficiency.
- The single-rotor impact crusher has a large feed opening, a high crushing chamber, and can adapt to materials with high hardness. It can process various common ores, producing less stone powder.
- It is equipped with a complete dust collection and noise reduction system, significantly reducing dust and noise pollution during production and achieving green production.

Single Rotor Impact Crusher Applications
The single-rotor impact crusher is mainly suitable for industries such as mining, construction, chemical, power, and metallurgy, for crushing ores, limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc., with a compressive strength not exceeding 350 MPa. This machine is not suitable for crushing ores or sticky materials with a surface moisture content greater than 8-10%.
