The PEV jaw crusher is an industrial stone crushing machine launched by Sandreck. It suits sectors such as mining, aggregates, cement, metallurgy, road construction, and the chemical industry. It can perform primary and secondary crushing of ores, rocks, and slag (with a compressive strength not exceeding 300 MPa).
The machine features a welded steel plate frame, a modular non-welded design, and cast alloy steel components. Key technical features include a symmetrical V-shaped crushing chamber, a wedge-style discharge opening adjustment system, an integrated bearing housing, and elastic rubber shock-absorbing devices.

PEV Jaw Crusher Working Principle
In the PEV series jaw crusher, the motor drives the main unit’s pulley via V-belts. This pulley drives the eccentric shaft, causing the swing jaw to move in a prescribed, cyclical, reciprocating motion—up and down and forward and backward—crushing the material within the crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged through the outlet under gravity.

The symmetrical V-shaped crushing chamber design maximizes the feed opening size, throughput, and reduction ratio, delivering an output increase of over 30% compared to traditional crushers.
2. Convenient Discharge Opening Adjustment
