Impact Stone Crusher
Stone impact crushers can be used for secondary and tertiary crushing (medium and fine crushing) operations. They are suitable for various soft to medium-hard materials, such as granite, concrete blocks, basalt, and limestone. They feature a simple structure, reliable performance, and a compact footprint, all at a relatively affordable price.
- Capacity: 90-800 t/h
- Feed Size: <900 mm
- Output Size: 10-80 mm
Impact stone crushers are widely used today and are a common choice for producing high-grade aggregates for road surfacing, high-speed rail construction, and other applications. They are suitable for the secondary and tertiary crushing of various soft to medium-hard ores.
Sandreck is an experienced impact crusher factory. Our equipment utilizes high-chrome blow bars that offer excellent impact and wear resistance, effectively extending the service life of wear parts.
These stone impact crushers are designed for materials with a compressive strength of up to 350 MPa. They feature a high reduction ratio and produce cubical-shaped particles, making them ideal for large-scale crushing operations. They are primarily used in industries such as mining, cement, metallurgy, and refractories, as well as in highway construction, water conservancy projects, and construction aggregate processing.

Impact Stone Crusher Working Principle
The impact stone crusher primarily consists of a high-speed rotating rotor equipped with blow bars, an impact plate adjustment system, a deep crushing chamber, wear-resistant protective components, and an overload protection device.
Upon entering the crushing chamber, material is shattered by the impact of the high-speed rotating blow bars. The primary crushed material rebounds after striking the impact plates, undergoing further impacts from the blow bars as well as collisions and friction with incoming material. Material smaller than the gap between the impact plates and the blow bars is discharged through the outlet, while oversized material undergoes repeated crushing until the final product meets the required particle size specifications.

Features of Stone Impact Crusher
1. High Crushing Efficiency
The impact rock crusher features a design combining high-speed blow bars with a deep crushing chamber. It offers a high single-stage reduction ratio, simplifying the process flow and reducing costs.
2. Optimized Particle Shape
The finished product is cubic in shape with a needle-and-flake content of ≤10%, meeting requirements for high-standard aggregates.
3. Adjustable Gradation
Hydraulic adjustment of the stone impact plate clearance allows for rapid switching between particle sizes to meet various engineering standards.
4. Wide Operational Adaptability
The crusher handles wet or impurity-laden materials and is compatible with both stationary production lines and mobile crushing stations (wheeled or tracked), making it suitable for operations in complex environments such as mountainous areas and construction sites.
5. Solid Waste Resource Recovery
It transforms construction waste and tailings into recycled aggregates, enabling resource recycling.
6. Intelligent Design
Equipped with an optional PLC control system, it monitors parameters such as bearing temperature and motor current in real-time, detecting anomalies and ensuring convenient operation and management.

Impact Stone Crusher Applications
Stone impact crushers are suitable for the medium and fine crushing of medium-hard materials with edge lengths of 100–900 mm and compressive strengths not exceeding 350 MPa. They handle a wide range of materials—over 200 types in total—including barite, limestone, calcite, dolomite, waste concrete, and construction debris. These stone crushers are widely used in industries such as cement, electric power, building materials, chemicals, coal, metallurgy, and construction waste recycling.
