PF Series Impact Crusher

The PF series impact crusher is an industrial crushing machine. The PF impact crusher uses a high-speed rotating rotor and hammers to impact the material, with multiple collisions through the impact liners forming a closed-loop circulation. The discharge particle size and shape can be controlled by adjusting the gap.

PF Series Impact Crusher Working Principle

The PF impact crusher is a stone crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the rotor rotates at high speed, driven by an electric motor. When material enters the hammer impact zone, it is crushed by impact with the hammers on the rotor. It is then thrown onto the impact plate for further crushing. Finally, it bounces back from the impact liner to the hammer impact zone for repeated crushing.

This process is repeated. Material enters the first, second, and third impact chambers from large to small for repeated crushing until it is crushed to the desired particle size and discharged from the outlet.

Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can change the discharge particle size and shape of the material.
