Dewatering Screen

Dewatering screens utilize high-frequency vibration combined with a screen mesh to achieve solid-liquid separation of mineral sands and tailings slurries. They rapidly remove free surface moisture from the material while minimizing fine sand loss, resulting in high dewatering efficiency. They are commonly integrated with sand washing machines, hydrocyclones, and thickening equipment, serving wet production lines involved in manufactured sand dewatering, dry tailings discharge, and mineral slurry pretreatment.

The structural design of a vibratory dewatering screen varies depending on the specific material being processed. For instance, the sand dewatering screen used in a sand washing line is a different piece of equipment from the tailings dewatering screen commonly found in mineral processing plants.
