Hydrocyclone

A hydrocyclone is a classification device that utilizes centrifugal force to accelerate the settling of mineral particles. It features a simple structure, a compact footprint, and low cost, while offering high processing capacity and classification efficiency, capable of producing very fine overflow products.

Our hydrocyclone filter can be paired with a ball mill to form a closed-circuit grinding system and is also used for desliming sand and gravel, thickening tailings, and ore purification. It is widely applied in wet processing lines such as metal mineral processing, quartz sand processing, and tailings dry stacking.
